Stories of Resilience, Creativity & Imagination

Kelley Thomas is an artist, educator, entrepreneur and heart attack survivor whose life has been shaped by an enduring belief in the transformative power of creativity. Through personal storytelling, artistic exploration, and a fascination with historical fashion, Kelley invites audiences to consider how unexpected life changes can open the door to new possibilities.

Her presentations (Including The Versailles Collection) draw upon her personal journey, her work in the arts and education, and the creation of Fête Minuet - a world of historical fashion, imaginative celebrations, and creative experiences. Each talk offers a unique perspective on resilience, reinvention, and the importance of continuing to dream, create, and discover beauty in the world around us.

Beyond the Lecture: The Versailles Collection

An Extraordinary Fashion Experience

The Versailles Collection is a distinctive collection of historical gowns worn at the celebrated Fêtes Galantes at the Palace of Versailles. Through these creations, Kelley Thomas brings the artists, elegance, and pageantry of eighteenth century fashion into the present, sharing the stories and craftsmanship behind each design.

Speaking engagements can be enhanced with two presentation options:

The Living Fashion Show

Models wear gowns from the Versailles Collection in a live presentation, allowing audiences to experience the silhouettes, artists and grandeur of a historical dress in motion. Available for an additional fee.

The Versailles Collection Exhibition

For an alternative presentation, gowns are displayed on mannequins, giving the guests the opportunity to appreciate the intricate details, fabrics, and craftsmanship of these historically inspired creations.

Whether presented as a live fashion show or a curated exhibition, the Versailles Collection offers audiences a memorable encounter with living history, art, and imagination.

Presentation options and pricing are available upon inquiry.
