Speaker Bio

Kelley Thomas is a historical costumer, keynote speaker and founder of Fete Minuet, LLC., an immersive event company dedicated to bringing history to life through performance, design and experimental learning.

With a background in music, theatre and arts education, Kelley has spent years developing  and leading innovative programs for students and communities. She creates meaningful opportunities for young artists - including performances at major venues and community events. Her passion lies in making the arts both accessible and transformative, encouraging participants to engage with history in a hands-on immersive way.

Through Fete Minuet, Kelley produces historically inspired events such as 18th-century balls, collaborates with museums to showcase period costumes, and mentors emerging artists in professional performance skills, contract navigation, and creative entrepreneurship.  Her work not only preserves historical artistry but also empowers the next generation to build sustainable careers in the arts.
